Brian Wing, CPA
CEO and Managing Partner
Brian Wing sees business as an enabler to make a difference in people’s lives. Working in alignment with his guiding principles, he is a conscious capitalist focused on delivering value for all stakeholders through purpose driven organizations.
A deep-seated goal orientation enables Brian to establish operating rhythm and accountability while fostering a highly engaged workforce to build competitive advantages. His talent for leading organizations is rooted in building an analytics driven decision making process to help uncover optimal solutions for complex business problems. Brian has a thoughtful and balanced M&A approach blending strategic initiatives with value creation. An authentic and decisive leader, he is known for his passion in creating purpose driven cultures that overcome odds and win. With genuine curiosity and an “always on” ear for gathering information, he facilitates authentic communication.
Brian is the owner of Lawrence J. Beardsley CPA, PLLC (“LJB CPA”) based in Dallas, TX helping organizations achieve their goals through values of quality, reliability and service while delivering on a purpose of “enhancing lives.” Through private equity and LJB CPA, Brian works with mid-sized companies and their founders to fulfill their purpose while serving their strategic, accounting, tax, and capital needs.
Over the past 15 years, Brian has served as President, Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer in numerous organizations. While serving in his various C-Level roles at multi-billion-dollar companies, Brian delivered technology innovation and a disciplined change management protocol creating enterprise value that significantly improved EBITDA without disrupting business operations. In addition, he worked to augment organic growth by leading many completed acquisitions. In another role, he led a financial transformation of an under-performing service center to support dynamic growth and superior service delivery to Fortune 500 clientele. He built and maintained a strong financial, accounting, treasury, and control organization with accountability for accurate, timely, high-quality performance and helping to deliver significant year-on- year EBITDA growth while stabilizing lender relationships by improving reporting, transparency and forecasting strength.
Brian began his career in finance in Tax with Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young, serving in international tax roles and rising to Tax Partner. Prior to his roles in Big 4 Accounting, Brian served as an advisor in the investment management industry for 12 years, holding a Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. Brian holds a Master of Business Taxation degree and an MBA in International Business from the University of Southern California (USC). He also received a BS in Mathematics/Applied Sciences with a concentration in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
Caitlin LeMaire, CPA
Partner
Caitlin LeMaire is passionately dedicated to inspiring clients, employees, and stakeholders to contribute positively to society and elevate humanity. As an owner and partner at LJB CPA, she has a significant role in day-to-day operations. Her responsibilities encompass firm management, staff development and training, marketing and business development, HR, and technology implementations. Additionally, she is the partner in charge of the firm’s audit practice, is a leader in the compliance practice, and serves clients in various service lines. Caitlin is also deeply involved in strategic planning, guided by her steadfast commitment to the principles of conscious capitalism.
Caitlin’s professional journey began as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Seeking a more direct impact, she transitioned to public accounting at a local firm. This move enabled Caitlin to focus on serving small and midsize businesses. Her extensive experience spans a broad range of sectors including airlines, casinos, technology, media, service, retail, entertainment, nonprofits, and construction.
In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic brought new challenges and opportunities. Observing a market gap, Caitlin assisted numerous clients and community members in navigating the intricate landscape of COVID relief options for small and mid-sized businesses. This period solidified her passion for advocacy and education.
Caitlin holds particular enthusiasm for collaborating with owner-operated businesses, aiming to create a comfortable and unintimidating environment for them. Caitlin stands by the belief that no question is too trivial and that everyone should feel empowered to seek guidance. Her academic background includes both a bachelor’s, and a master’s degree in accounting from Louisiana Tech University. An active alumna, she mentors accounting students, offering invaluable guidance for the CPA exam and career development.
Caitlin is a licensed CPA in both Texas and Nevada and maintains active memberships with the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs.
Outside of her professional sphere, Caitlin enjoys boating, spontaneous weekend getaways, sampling local wineries and breweries, zoo explorations, and visiting national parks.
Jeff Redd, CPA
Partner
Jeff Redd is committed to helping demystify the Internal Revenue Code and providing clear, actionable tax guidance to his clients. With over 30 years of experience in the field, Jeff directs the tax practice, overseeing a broad range of services including income tax compliance, planning, audits, and collections issues.
Jeff began his career at a small local CPA firm, where he honed his expertise in tax-related matters. Over the years, he has built on that foundation, developing a deep understanding of both individual and business taxation. His extensive experience allows him to navigate the complexities of the tax code, offering strategic solutions to clients and ensuring compliance with the ever-changing regulations.
In his current role, Jeff is dedicated to simplifying the tax process for clients, providing personalized service that helps them achieve their financial goals while minimizing their tax liabilities. His hands-on approach and commitment to staying ahead of the latest tax developments make him a trusted advisor to individuals and businesses alike.

Jennifer Giannini, CPA

Jennifer brings over 30 years of experience in providing assurance and consulting services to entities ranging from small locally owned companies to multi-state and international consolidated groups, in both public and private sectors. She has experience servicing clients in a variety of industries with substantial focuses on corporate assurance services in the health-care, broker-dealer, manufacturing, professional services and employee benefit plan industries.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has provided and managed assurance services at several mid-sized regional public accounting firms and a large national public accounting firm. This diverse background gives her a deep understanding of the evolving needs of growing companies, enabling her to tailor services to businesses of all sizes and stages of development. Throughout her career at Baker Tilly, she also collaborated with leadership groups on special projects, integrating quality, efficiency, and specialized sector knowledge into the audit practice. She now brings these skills to LJB, enhancing our commitment to excellence and quality, reliable service.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas. As an active alumna, she mentors accounting students, offering invaluable guidance for the CPA exam and career development.

Frank Hinton, CPA

Audit Principal
Frank’s professional career began in 1980 with the accounting firm Holmes, Jones & Pendergast, CPA’s in Lubbock, Texas where he provided audit services for governmental and small business clients. Frank continued with his chosen field, later working for a large national accounting firm in Houston, TX and several mid-sized accounting firms in the Dallas area. During this time, he expanded his area of expertise to include audits of non-profits organizations and construction contractors.
Civic minded, Frank has served on a number of boards of non-profit organizations. He is also a former member of the Baylor University Accounting Advisory Board, an active alumnus group providing leadership and mentoring of accounting students. Frank and his wife Gabriela have two sons, two daughters, and one grandson. Beyond his professional life, Frank enjoys traveling with family and golfing.
Michael Cox, CPA
Consulting Principal
Michael Cox brings an operator’s mindset and an advisor’s discipline to every client relationship. As a Consulting Principal at LJB CPA, he partners with business owners and leadership teams to strengthen financial performance, navigate complex decisions, and build businesses positioned for long-term success.
Michael began his career in Audit at KPMG, where he developed a deep appreciation for analytics and quickly gained a reputation for understanding what truly drove the operations behind his audit clients’ financial results. That early foundation evolved into a career spanning executive leadership and advisory roles in which he has guided middle-market companies through growth, restructuring, strategic planning, and exit readiness.
Before joining LJB CPA, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer and senior advisor to multiple organizations, leading financial transformations, building scalable infrastructure, and supporting value-creation initiatives. He is known for his ability to bring clarity to complexity with a practical, steady approach grounded in both strategy and execution.
Michael believes great advisory work begins with listening. He brings a calm, pragmatic presence to high-pressure situations and focuses first on understanding each client’s goals, risk tolerance, and values before crafting solutions.
Michael earned his accounting degree from Texas Tech University and is a licensed CPA in Texas.
Outside of work, Michael is deeply committed to service and community. He is a longtime supporter of Meat Fight, a nonprofit dedicated to raising funds for MS research, and has spent more than a decade coaching competitive youth soccer. He values meaningful relationships, thoughtful leadership, and the ongoing pursuit of growth—professionally and personally.
Kyle McKay
Director of Client Accounting Services
Kyle McKay is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over a decade of leadership experience across professional services, retail, family offices and multi-site operations. Kyle brings a deep operational focus to financial stewardship, guiding organizations through strategic growth, optimizing financial and operations, and leading accounting & finance departments.
With his experience as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller for enterprises exceeding $100M, Kyle has led initiatives in process automation, financial transformation, and strategic growth. His leadership has resulted in multimillion-dollar funding, streamlined operations, and optimized accounting functions across entire organizations. He brings a strong commitment to serving clients—both large and small—through his dedication to quality, reliability, and exceptional service.
In addition to his leadership in finance, Kyle plays clarinet with the Mesquite Symphony Orchestra—bringing harmony to both spreadsheets and symphonies.
Tanner Denning
Director of Business Development
Tanner Denning joined the LJB CPA team in 2022 to focus on growing the firm’s Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reporting and Healthcare practices. Tanner’s dedication to our clients is rooted in our values of quality, reliability, and service. He believes that by helping businesses grow relationships and improve financial success, our clients are enabled to bring about a positive influence in the areas they serve, helping us achieve our overall goal to enhance lives.
Tanner’s approach is hands-on and proactive, ensuring every client’s needs are understood and addressed. Tanner is passionate about earning the trust of those he serves by delivering quality, measurable results, optimizing operations and improving bottom lines. His expertise lies primarily in networking, relationships, communication, business and operational development, systems optimization, and client management. Working with professionals across multiple verticals of healthcare, Tanner has developed a broad network and built a reputation for finding creative solutions and connecting businesses with the right individuals and services for their needs.
Tanner holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University. During college, Tanner paused his education to volunteer overseas as a service missionary in the Philippines where he provided disaster relief, built homes and schools, and taught free English classes to local residents. Tanner speaks fluent Tagalog and several other Filipino dialects. Outside of his professional life, Tanner enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, surfing, playing music, and being outdoors.
Dilshad Ali, CPA
Senior Tax Manager
Dilshad Ali launched her professional career in public accounting in 2014 and has since specialized in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation, along with tax planning. Her extensive experience spans various sectors, providing tax services to a diverse range of clients, including those in real estate, small business, and construction industries. Dilshad’s mission is to enhance lives by fostering the growth and success of businesses, while inspiring both clients and employees to make a meaningful, positive impact on society.
At LJB, Dilshad plays a pivotal role in overseeing, directing, and reviewing tax planning and compliance processes, ensuring the profitability of engagements. Dilshad is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Texas and is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Beyond her professional work, Dilshad is dedicated to serving the community- working as an Early Childhood Development Teacher. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling and cherishing moments with her friends and family.
Matt Church, EA
Tax Manager
Matt Church is a tax professional with 13 years of specialized experience in Public Accounting, focusing on small businesses, pass-through entities, and high net-worth individuals. An Enrolled Agent since 2012, Matt holds a prominent role in guiding our clients through intricate tax scenarios while serving as a translator between complex IRS regulations and straightforward solutions. His commitment to LJB CPA’s core values of quality, reliability, and service is reflected in his meticulous approach to tax strategy and analysis. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge from a variety of industries with a particular fondness for real estate, construction, and professional services.
Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Matt is an alumnus of Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He currently resides in Denver, Colorado with his fiancé and their three cats.
Elena Alvarado, CCRS
Manager of Cost Reporting Services
Elena Alvarado joined LJB CPA in 2008 as a Staff Accountant and is leading LJB CPA’s cost reporting practice. She also helps clients with starting up new companies providing services such as accounting, payroll, personal and business income tax preparation, sales tax reports, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports submission for various states, rate enhancement calculation and consulting services. Elena works primarily with clients in the health industry, but also serves clients in construction and other types of business.
Elena has more than 25 years of experience working as an Accountant and previously worked as a Controller overseeing 10 accounting employees. Elena loves to have good communication with her clients to help them with their business however she can. She graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas (UAT) where she received a business administration degree and took several accounting courses.
Elena is a Certified Cost Report Specialist and holds certifications from the state of Texas to prepare Medicaid cost reports for nursing homes, 24-hour Residential Care, Adult Foster Care, Community Living Assistance, Day Activity & Health Services, Deaf Blind Multiple Disabilities, Home & Community-based Services, Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability, Primary Home Care, Mental Health Early Childhood Intervention, Individuals with Development Disabilities Programs, and many others. She also prepares other state’s Medicaid cost reports.
Outside of her professional life, Elena enjoys spending time with family and friends; she loves to travel and experience different places, food, and culture. She also loves to go camping and enjoy nature whenever possible.
Jill Morrow
Manager of Client Accounting Services
Jill brings a wealth of experience and a problem-solving mindset to her role as Manager of Accounting Services at LJB. With a strong background in construction accounting and years of hands-on work with CPA firms, Jill specializes in client accounting services—from month-end closes and cleanups to special projects that need a sharp eye. At LJB, Jill partners closely with clients to streamline processes, clean up financials, and deliver accurate, timely results that help businesses thrive.
Her accounting career spans more than two decades, including leadership and management roles, most recently as a Controller in the construction industry. Known for her integrity, humor, and ability to make even the messiest books make sense, Jill is a trusted advisor for clients and a go-to team member for getting things done right.
When she’s not at work, Jill likes to spend time with her family in Flower Mound. Traveling is a regular highlight for Jill, particularly cruising. Exploring islands in the Caribbean is a favorite thing she shares with her husband and son. She also dabbles in graphic design and has multiple Etsy shops.
Blaine Hubbard
Manager of Client Accounting Services
Blaine brings nearly a decade of experience in financial reporting, system implementation, and outsourced controllership. Blaine specializes in month-end reporting and financial systems integration, with deep expertise in platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks Online. He also serves as a strategic advisor to clients, often stepping into outsourced HR and payroll management roles for multi-site organizations.
Prior to joining LJB CPA, Blaine held leadership roles at Whitley Penn, R1 RCM, and Concentra, where he managed complex reconciliations, supported large-scale acquisitions, and led training initiatives. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Virginia and a Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant. Blaine earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is known for his commitment to accuracy, leadership, and delivering client-focused solutions.
Outside of work, Blaine enjoys quality time with his family and is always watching, playing, or coaching soccer. He’s also a die-hard Oklahoma Sooners fan. BOOMER SOONER!
Randy Willis
Manager of Client Accounting Services
Randy brings over 30 years of accounting experience to the team, having worked with companies of all sizes—from small businesses to Fortune 500 giants. His career highlights include time with a major homebuilder, a national telecom provider, and a decade as Controller for a packaging manufacturer. He’s passionate about creating financial processes that are easy to use and built on doing things the right way.
Originally from the Midwest, Randy moved to the Dallas–Fort Worth area in the late ’90s and now lives in Colleyville, TX with his wife and their Boxer, Carmen. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him cheering on THE Ohio State Buckeyes, out cycling, or sailing whenever the weather cooperates.
Martha Meyer

Martha Meyer is a proud Texan and lifelong Dallas resident with deep roots in the community. Her family’s legacy in construction dates back to the 1920s when her grandfather helped build “old Dallas.” With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Martha brings a wealth of expertise and a calm demeanor to the LJB CPA team.
Growing up in a large, boisterous family taught Martha how to thrive in any environment, no matter how chaotic. She’s also a devoted Texas Rangers fan and has volunteered at their ballpark for over 25 years, sharing her love of the game and community spirit.
When she’s not cheering on the Rangers, Martha enjoys spending time with her 11 nieces and nephews and 10 (and counting!) great-nieces and -nephews. She’s thrilled to bring her enthusiasm and dedication to the LJB CPA family
Lexi Tharp

Lexi Tharp joined the LJB Team in January 2024 after earning her master’s in Accounting Analytics from St. Edwards University. Lexi assists in providing clients with auditing services, compilations, reviews, and SOC reports. Lexi’s commitment to delivering quality results and serving clients is unwavering. Lexi is known for jumping on a call with a client quickly to handle any questions that arise. She finds joy in connecting with people and contributing to their financial success.
Outside of work, one might find Lexi experimenting with new recipes, spending quality time with her dog, and enjoying a game of pickleball with friends and family. Thrilled to be part of the LJB CPA team, Lexi looks forward to leveraging her skills and enthusiasm for collective success.
Jasmeen Modi

A proud South Texas native, Jasmeen graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Her career journey began in the classroom teaching Pre-K, but her love for numbers, problem-solving, and client relationships soon drew her into the world of accounting. Before joining LJB CPA, she worked as an Account Generalist for Bunkhouse/Hyatt, where she developed a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a talent for delivering solutions that meet client needs.
Dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality accounting services, Jasmeen values building strong relationships with every client, ensuring their needs are met, and contributing to the success of the LJB CPA family. With about a year of accounting experience, she is passionate about combining financial expertise with personalized service. Outside the office, you can find her soaking up the outdoors, enjoying quality time with friends and family, or watching and playing just about any sport.
Pam Govender
Pam Govender is an accomplished healthcare professional with more than 23 years of dedicated experience in Long Term Care. She currently serves as LJB’s Cost Reporting Specialist bringing a wealth of expertise to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Pam’s career journey is marked by her commitment to excellence in healthcare administration. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Compliance Officer overseeing 82 SNFs at Daybreak Ventures LLC. Prior to this, she embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, jointly owning, and operating up to 10 SNFs across Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. Her diverse background includes roles such as Cost Report Preparer, HR specialist, AP/Payroll manager, and Ancillary/Medicare Reimbursement Manager, where she managed complex billing processes, including Dmerc and Pharmacy Billing, for 31 SNFs. Her extensive experience also includes managing Accounts Receivable for multi-state Medicare/Medicaid Reimbursement and serving as a Case Mix Project Manager.
In her academic pursuits, Pam Govender attended ML Sultan College, where she studied Accounting and Business Economics. She further expanded her educational horizons through extra-mural studies at the University of Natal, where she delved into courses on Motivating and Managing People and Understanding the Human Factor in an organization. Notably, Pam has also completed the Dale Carnegie Course, meeting the standards for Effective Public Speaking and Human Relations.
Melissa Chong, CPA

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Through her involvement in a finance student organization, she had an opportunity to participate in microlending projects to support the Costa Rican small business owners. This experience sparked curiosity and fascination about different ways to support business owners.
After graduating with honors, Melissa began her career in public accounting and developed an interest in high-net-worth individuals, private foundations, and family office work. In addition, her experience spans a broad range of sectors including healthcare, law firms, real estate, and oil and gas.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling to new places, dancing, reading, outdoor activities and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Vetha Ram, CPA

Outside of work, Vetha enjoys trying new foods, experimenting in the kitchen, and traveling. She especially treasures visiting her family back in India and exploring new cultures along the way.

Sidd Gandhi is a Senior Tax Accountant with over 15 years of public accounting experience specializing in real estate partnerships, oil and gas, small businesses, individual tax compliance and planning. Sidd received his Master’s in Accounting from Bowling Green State University, OH.
Outside of the office, Sidd enjoys going on vacations with family and travel the world.

Cole joins the team with 4 years of experience handling tax compliance and planning for a wide variety of individual and entity taxpayers. He specializes in high-net-worth individuals and entities in the real estate and professional service industries.
Cole received his Bachelor’s degree in accounting from TCU in 2019, and he returned home to California to receive his Master’s in accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2021.
In his free time, Cole enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Mindy Tu, CPA

Mindy is an accomplished accounting professional with over fourteen years of experience spanning Canada and the United States. She began her career with five years in Canadian public accounting before transitioning to nearly eight years in U.S. public accounting, where she specialized in taxation for diverse industries including real estate, automotive dealerships, manufacturing, retail, and professional services. She also brings valuable experience from working within a public company environment.
In her spare time, Mindy actively volunteers with Plano Animal Services, contributing her time to support local initiatives.
Mindy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a licensed CPA in Texas.
Samuel Schalow
Sam Schalow brings over a decade of experience in accounting, with a background that spans bookkeeping, payroll, federal and state tax compliance. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelors degree in International Economics, Sam began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining our LJB.
He values strong client relationships and team collaboration, always aiming to make complex financial matters clear and manageable.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys reading, playing pinball, and watching football with his fiancée and their cat, Lucy.
Christopher Lee
Christopher joins the team with a decade of experience working with high net-worth individuals and servicing clients across a variety of business sectors including health care, construction, and real estate.
Christopher graduated from Quincy University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is a CPA candidate.
Outside of work, Christopher enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
Mary Cartwright
Mary joined LJB CPA in March of 2009 and has worked with businesses to meet their various financial reporting requirements throughout the years. Mary brings more than 30 years of experience working in public accounting and private industry to the firm and is dedicated to the delivery of quality reliable service to each client. Her areas of service range from general accounting to tax preparation and other government reporting requirements.
While at LJB CPA, services particular to the healthcare industry have been an area of specialty for Mary. She enjoys helping her clients properly execute their accounting so that they can focus on the operations of their businesses.
Mary graduated from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Outside of her professional life, Mary enjoys reading, shopping, working in the yard, yoga, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Betty Tucker
Betty joined LJB CPA in 2010 and brings more than 25 years of experience in different industries of accounting. Betty is responsible for serving clients with their everyday accounting needs, tax returns, cost reports, and any other questions they may have.
Betty graduated in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas in Arlington and is a CPA candidate.
Outside of work, Betty loves her family and their lake house. Her hobbies are quilting and woodworking.
Kaleigh Callender
Kaleigh joined LJB CPA in August 2025, bringing with her four years of experience in the tax industry. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Mississippi State University with a master’s degree in professional accountancy and minors in finance, business administration, and data analytics.

Noah Schroeder provides tax and accounting services to individuals and businesses, including tax compliance and tax planning. He has 2 years of experience working closely with clients to develop tax strategies, resolve issues, and assist in business decision-making. Noah graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Dallas in 2023, where he was an active member of the Accounting and Finance Society. He is currently pursuing his CPA.

Eli Vasquez brings over 8 years of experience in public accounting, delivering audit and assurance services to a diverse client base—from small businesses to complex, multi-entity organizations. His industry experience spans manufacturing and distribution, commercial enterprises, private equity, and construction. He also has specialized expertise in employee benefit plan audits, including 401(k), pension, and 403(b) plans.
Eli has held key roles at respected firms such as Baker Tilly and Caron & Bletzer, where he developed a reputation for technical precision, team leadership, and a commitment to client service. At LJB, he leverages this experience to enhance audit quality, mentor staff, and support the firm’s mission of providing dependable, client-focused solutions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University and remains actively engaged in the profession through continuous learning and a dedication to excellence in every engagement.

Brandon De La Cruz joined LJB CPA in 2021 and provides quality accounting services to clients including preparation of business and individual tax returns, compilations, employee retention credit projects, audit services, and payroll reporting. Brandon is devoted to providing diligent and reliable service to our clients, as he believes the impact of what we do as a firm can enhance the lives of others.
Brandon graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and financial management. When not serving clients, Brandon enjoys spending time with family and friends, indulging in spontaneous weekend activities, and attending concerts and sporting events, especially baseball.

Originally From Louisiana, Gaylin earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. She moved to Texas ago to continue advancing her career in public accounting, bringing with her strong communication skills and financial integrity. She is currently working toward obtaining her CPA license to continue her growth in the field.

Veronique (Vicky) Hampton serves as LJB’s Client Service Delivery Manager. Vicky joined the firm in 2010 and provides office administrative assistance for both our team and our clients as she has for accounting firms for more than 30 years.
Prior to moving to Dallas and joining our team, Vicky spent 20 years with an accounting firm in Brownsville, Texas. Her goal is to provide outstanding service to our clients and staff assisting in the delivery of an effective, positive, and productive experience. She prides herself on her work ethic and the relationships she builds with our clients.
When not serving clients, Vicky enjoys spending time with her three children, family, friends, and her cats.

Marjon Badiee joined LJB in June 2025 as our Firm Administration Manager, bringing both a deep dedication to client service and a love for building meaningful connections. Before LJB, she spent six years at Deloitte as a Senior Executive Coordinator, supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment. At the same time, she worked part-time with a family-owned CPA firm – an experience that gave her a perfect balance of big-firm efficiency and small-firm personal touch.
