Caitlin LeMaire, CPA

COO and Partner

Caitlin LeMaire believes business should serve everyone it touches: the team she works alongside, the business owners the firm guides, and the community around them. That belief is why she got into accounting, and it’s how she leads.

As an owner and partner at LJB CPA, Caitlin serves as chief operating officer, running the firm day to day and executing its strategic direction across people, process, and technology. Her responsibilities span firm management, staff development, marketing, and communications, and her current focus is organizational design: building the HR, technology, and internal finance infrastructure a growing firm needs so the people in it can do their best work. She also serves as engagement quality reviewer on the firm’s audits.

Caitlin began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young before moving to public accounting at a local firm, where she could serve small and midsize businesses more directly. She made partner at 30, and when she joined LJB in 2022 she built the firm’s audit and assurance practice from the ground up before handing its day-to-day leadership to a dedicated principal in 2024. Her experience spans a broad range of sectors, including airlines, casinos, technology, media, service, retail, entertainment, nonprofits, and construction.

Caitlin is especially drawn to owner-operated businesses and wants every small business owner to feel comfortable reaching out to their CPA. She stands by the belief that no question is too insignificant, and no one is too small to ask it.

Building things is where Caitlin is at her best, and her values show up in how she does it: creativity, beauty, authenticity, empathy, and passion. Her purpose is to share and experience joy, and she has found that a firm that runs well for the people in it is a good place to do exactly that.

A two-time Louisiana Tech University graduate with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting, Caitlin was named the university’s 2026 Young Alumna of the Year. She has mentored accounting students preparing for the CPA exam and their careers and is committed to drawing more students into the profession.

Lindsay Coffey, CPA

CAS Partner

Lindsay Coffey brings nearly two decades of experience helping business owners transform their financial operations into a genuine competitive advantage. Her work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: that when business owners truly understand their financials, they make better decisions, build stronger companies, and achieve goals they once thought out of reach.

Lindsay began her career as an external auditor, where she quickly noticed a pattern that would shape the rest of her career. Time and again, she encountered talented entrepreneurs whose businesses were growing — but who lacked the financial literacy to fully interpret their own financial statements or use them to drive meaningful decisions. She saw owners making critical choices about hiring, investment, and expansion without the clarity their numbers could have provided. That observation led her to make an intentional move into outsourced accounting and advisory — to be the person who not only produces accurate financials, but makes them legible and actionable for the business owners who depend on them.

Over her career, Lindsay has advised hundreds of clients across industries including technology, hospitality, retail, professional services, real estate, manufacturing and family offices. Her client deliverables go well beyond month-end closes and reconciliations. She focuses on building the financial infrastructure — reporting frameworks, processes and technology integrations — that gives business owners real visibility into their performance and the confidence to act on what they see.

Lindsay is a natural collaborator and builder — of teams, of processes, and of client relationships. Prior to joining LJB, she spent 16 years at Baker Tilly, where she led the new client onboarding and transitions team within CAS, advising on financial operations, system optimization and reporting modernization.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a licensed CPA in Texas.

Prior to joining LJB, Erin spent the majority of her career at RSM and PwC, where she served an exceptionally diverse client base ranging from sole proprietors to multi-national corporations and investment firms. That breadth of experience has given her a well-rounded command of partnership taxation, corporate tax structures, tax provisions, and tax controversy support, along with the versatility to tailor her approach to businesses of every size and stage of life. She is excited to return to working closely with business owners and their teams, helping them navigate today’s ever-changing tax landscape and build a foundation for long-term growth.

Erin holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Texas A&M University. She is a Texas Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Outside of the office, Erin is an active member of her community, singing with the Lewisville Civic Chorale and volunteering with various organizations within Lewisville ISD.
