Zach Long brings a background in team leadership and operational excellence to his role as Family Office Executive Assistant at LJB CPA, where his focus is on ensuring that colleagues and clients alike are treated with service and grace. Before joining the firm, Zach spent over four years at the Starbucks Corporation, most recently as a manager.
Zach’s experience spans inventory and vendor management, staff training and development, and day-to-day problem-solving in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. He is known for his attention to detail, his ability to mediate and coach with empathy, and his talent for spotting inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
Outside of work, Zach can be found testing his trivia knowledge on Jeopardy!, gathering friends for tabletop games, or spending quality time with his two cats.
