Marjon Badiee joined LJB in June 2025 as our Firm Administration Manager, bringing both a deep dedication to client service and a love for building meaningful connections. Before LJB, she spent six years at Deloitte as a Senior Executive Coordinator, supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment. At the same time, she worked part-time with a family-owned CPA firm – an experience that gave her a perfect balance of big-firm efficiency and small-firm personal touch.
Marjon’s mission at LJB is simple: to make every client feel valued and cared for. Whether coordinating with our team or supporting clients directly, she’s passionate about creating a smooth, friendly, and memorable experience from start to finish.
When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find Marjon happily browsing the shelves of a used bookstore, adding to her ever-growing collection of novels and vinyl records. She also loves spending time with her pets, family, and friends – usually with a great cup of iced coffee in hand.
